Speech Therapist
May graduated from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours). May is a warm, caring and empathic clinician. Her inviting and approachable personality enables her to develop strong connections with children and their families. She strives to make therapy fun, enjoyable and practical for all. She enjoys working with families to set achievable, functional, and meaningful goals.
May has a passion for all areas of Speech Pathology but has a particular interest in speech sounds and early literacy (phonological awareness). May is highly motivated and driven by her love of helping others and assisting them to achieve their communication goals whilst also having fun. She believes that communication is a basic human right and therefore it is so important that everyone has the ability to communicate as effectively as possible.
May loves building relationships with her clients and their families, and being someone that they can trust and rely upon.
